Employment Placement is an innovative, free of charge program designed to assist employers to meet their hiring needs and to support job ready participants to find and maintain paid employment. Supports may include interview preparation, linkage to employers, child care support, and financial incentives such as WSIB Indemnity for the first six months, for employers who are offering full-time employment of 32 hours per week.
