There are many different ways of external communication. This includes letters, annual reports, forms, newsletters, advertisements, etc. The purpose and objectives of external communication is to:
1.Provide information to consumers about products and services to do with the organization.
2.Promote the organization. 3.Handle enquiries about the organization and its products and services.
4.Advertise the organization.
5. Create awareness and inspire commitment to the Chalmers vision, strategy and activities and thereby help Chalmers achieve its objectives.
6. Help create opportunities for dialogue and greater cooperation.
7. Facilitate day-to-day work and help increase employees’ motivation, commitment and solidarity.
8. Help to promote confidence in Chalmers and its work.
