Define the major claims made by an individual on a business organization


In order to understand the relationship of an individual person with an organization, it is necessary to examine in a general way what individuals expect from organizations. These generalizations normally apply whether the individual is a customer, neighbor in the community, stockholder or some other person. Normally, an individual claims three basic payoffs or benefits in his social transaction with an organization. The three claims are: / 1.Improvement:The psychological purpose of an individual’s relationship with an organization. / 2.Independence: The individual price required for cooperation./ 3.Justice:The social standard for relating to an organization.
